We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Officer to support the day-to-day management of project operations and provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Support delivery of project and contractual obligations
Manage records, documentation and communications
Coordinate meetings and prepare board packs
Liaise with service providers and client teams
Support performance monitoring and compliance
Assist with insurance/legal claims and site reviews
Requirements:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience supporting operational performance
Good Microsoft Office skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
PFI experience
Experience with contracts or FM service providers
Knowledge of health & safety / compliance standards
