The Operations Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data within SAP SuccessFactors. Working closely with People & Culture, Recruitment and Payroll teams, this role is responsible for masterfile management and guiding managers through key processes. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you will provide high-quality customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across workforce systems and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pay run deadlines
Provide timely, clear and customer-focused advice to employees and managers
Support organisational structure and position management updates within SAP
Collaborate with People & Culture, Recruitment, Payroll and external providers to resolve enquiries and improve processes
Requirements:
Experience using SAP HR/Payroll systems
Strong attention to detail with high-level data entry accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
