Job Description:

You will execute transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established guidelines, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Provide operational support
perform general to specialized transactions
contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects
execute transactions accurately
identify opportunities to improve service delivery
support partners with incoming transactions
interact with partners
prioritize and manage own workload
understand internal and industry regulations
exercise discretion in managing correspondence
support timely and accurate completion of business processes
review internal processes/activities
investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities

Requirements:

1+ year of relevant experience
Operations experience
documentation review
real estate sector knowledge
data entry skills
internal partner experience
undergraduate degree preferred
sales experience and French fluency are assets
no mortgage license
no recent job hopping

Nice to have:

sales experience
French fluency
