Job Responsibility:
Execute comprehensive file reviews and update critical customer data
Perform back-office administrative functions to ensure 100% compliance
Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless, professional experience for our clients
Conduct meticulous reviews of customer files to identify discrepancies or missing data
Follow end-to-end procedures for Business Account compliance, ensuring all interactions and updates are documented accurately
Prepare and complete documentation that precisely reflects client and business intentions
Interact with internal partners and navigate multiple software platforms to resolve account issues
Maintain strict adherence to company policies and standards during all maintenance activities
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant work experience, ideally within Banking, Financial Services, or a Contact Center environment
High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with CRM tools
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory
Proven ability to manage a steady workload in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work through ambiguity to solve business problems and meet SLA-based performance targets
Strong skills in building rapport with internal teams and partners
