Operations Officer

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• strong attention to detail and accuracy
• ability to meet SLAs
• quick learner
• experience in a process improvement environment (preferred)
