Job Description

Morrow Bank is an innovative, digital consumer financing bank offering loans, credit cards, and savings products in Norway, Finland, and Sweden. In the role of Operations Officer, you will become part of the Nordic Operations Team, working closely with colleagues from Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Your work will span debt collection, fraud case handling, and credit underwriting, where accuracy, compliance, and collaboration are essential.

Job Responsibility

  • Case handling and email correspondence with authorities, agencies, and legal representatives
  • Supporting debt collection processes within the operations team
  • Investigating and resolving fraud cases in collaboration with banks, police, and legal partners
  • Assessing and underwriting credit applications to ensure sound decisions and regulatory compliance
  • Providing administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements

  • Native Finnish speaker with fluency in English and Norwegian
  • Experience in at least one of the following: debt collection, fraud handling, or credit underwriting
  • Knowledge of Finnish financial regulations, agencies, or processes
  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
