Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide a broad range of operational support to the underwriting department, handling insurance applications and various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Creating and maintaining client files
Managing the onboarding process for new clients and partners
Coordinating tele-interviews with partners
Reviewing and resolving error reports
Completing ad-hoc tasks as required
Executing transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines and procedures
Referring or escalating processing or operational issues as needed
Supporting partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed
Developing and maintaining working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Adhering to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to operations activities
Participating fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment
Ensuring timely communication of issues and points of interest
Contributing to a fair, positive, and equitable work environment.

Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
High school diploma
undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
Prior banking or financial institution experience is an asset
Prior mortgage or insurance experience is an asset.
