Job Responsibility
Efficiently and accurately process government requests for information in compliance with operational policies and procedures
Complete assigned workloads systematically to consistently meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for productivity and turnaround time
Exercise absolute discretion when managing highly confidential customer data and correspondence
escalate non-standard or high-risk activities appropriately
Conduct necessary due diligence to ensure the absolute accuracy of all transactions, records, and activities
Think critically about daily workflows, actively participate in identifying process improvements, and share innovative ideas with the team
Participate fully in a positive, diverse, and equitable team environment
support peers by sharing knowledge and engaging in cross-training initiatives
Requirements
2 to 4 years of professional experience in an operational, administrative, or data-intensive environment
Completed post-secondary education
Proven track record of multi-tasking and meeting strict productivity and time-based metrics
Proficient with MS Office and highly comfortable navigating multiple databases, software applications, and internal systems simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills (internal interaction only), high initiative, and a collaborative team-player mindset
Exceptional focus on accuracy and quality control

Prior experience working in a banking or retail bank branch environment
A background in business administration or financial services
