Operations Officer I - AML

• Conducting rapid reviews of data discrepancy alerts to identify and remediate issues
• Reviewing source documents and entering accurate data into reporting systems
• Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors
• Communicating with internal partners to obtain missing data
• Adhering to strict deadlines and handling high volumes of work with precision
• Contributing to the identification and implementation of process improvements
• Complying with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in AML operations, data entry/enrichment, regulatory reporting, client onboarding/KYC, and/or payment transaction processing
• Prior corporate/financial industry experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education or relevant certifications are considered an asset
