Operations MIS Lead – SVP (C14) - Analytics & Information Management (AIM)

• Develop and champion a clear vision for data and reporting within Operations
• Oversee and guide data engineering efforts
• Lead the creation of compelling data visualizations and dashboards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Explore and leverage Generative AI technologies
• Develop and present data-driven strategic recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Manage a team of MIS and data professionals
• Contribute to the development and implementation of technical strategies
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

• 13+ years of progressive experience in data/information management, analytics, or related fields
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry and banking operations
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional analytical, technical, and/or statistical skills
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated thought leadership in the field of data and analytics
• Experience with automation tools and techniques for data processing and reporting
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
