Job Description:

We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come! Our new wellness e-commerce project is entering an active launch and scaling phase. We are looking for an Operations Manager who will help turn validated hypotheses and early solutions into a stable, well-structured operating system and ensure efficient collaboration with manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

Job Responsibility:

Build and optimize end-to-end operational processes (manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment)
Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party partners (factories, 3PL providers)
Implement SOPs and establish regular operational reporting
Manage and develop an Associate Manager
Prepare operational processes for scaling

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in product companies with physical goods (FMCG, e-commerce)
Experience with international distribution, preferably in the US market
Hands-on experience building and maintaining SOPs and operational reporting
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (structured thinking, logic, process design)
Confident Advanced-level English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and systems mindset with a clear understanding of cause-and-effect relationships
High level of proactivity and ownership for results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal structure
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to build systems from scratch
Comfort working with ambiguity and rapid change
Strong intrinsic motivation to build a product and brand from the ground up

Nice to have:

Experience working with manufacturers and 3PL partners
Understanding of payment operations
Background in startups or early-stage projects
Experience scaling operations after MVP or pilot launches
Experience in adjacent roles (Business Operations, Supply Chain, Ops Lead)
