As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will take the helm of an ABC facility, creating a thriving environment where your team excels, families feel supported, and children with autism achieve their full potential. Job Responsibility:
Drive operational success by managing KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance
lead, engage, and retain a team of 25–50 professionals delivering exceptional clinical care
support teammates through evaluations, corrective actions, development plans, and team celebrations
build trust with families by providing education and guidance during the onboarding journey
collaborate with Clinic Admissions Associates, Clinical Directors, and department leaders to ensure quality operations
Requirements:
6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts
bachelor's or master's degree preferred, but extensive management experience equally valued
High School Diploma or GED required

strong communication skills
impact-driven mindset
ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, crouch, climb, carry, push, pull, reach at or above shoulder level including overhead
ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
ability to maintain near and far visual acuity
must be physically present at the assigned job location
ability to properly wear and utilize necessary PPE
ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
comfort with moderate-to-loud noise levels
ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequences
