Job Description:

Lead our parcel locker manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with OMNIC's strategic goals to drive innovation and efficiency. Contribute to the sustainability and scalability of our production processes, enhancing our impact on the logistics and retail sectors. Empower teams to achieve high performance while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations of the production site
Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution of customer orders
Maintain strict quality control over manufactured products
Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Manage the production team: assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure team performance
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and engineering departments
Track production metrics and prepare reports and analytics
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production workflows

Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in operations/production management
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (preferably in equipment, electronics, or machinery assembly)
Ability to manage production reporting, performance metrics, and milestones
Proven experience managing production teams (supervisors, assemblers, operators)
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process optimization principles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in PC tools, Excel, 1C or similar ERP systems
Upper Intermediate (B2) English proficiency required
