We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and help drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to manage processes, teams, and performance.
Job Responsibility
Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for leadership
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support business goals
Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff and supervisors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, customer service, and supply chain
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and operational logistics as needed
Support strategic planning and execution of organizational initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a related leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and process improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or operations management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
