Operations Manager

• You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing innovative energy solutions and waste-water management solutions
• You will see customer needs and contribute to the advancement of renewable energy technologies and treatment of wastewater
• You will conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the energy and wastewater sectors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative energy solutions, including renewable energy systems, energy storage technologies, and smart grid solutions and wastewater treatment solutions
• Lead feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the viability and scalability of new energy solutions and wastewater treatment solutions, considering factors such as cost, performance, and environmental impact
• Develop comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies for commercializing energy solutions and wastewater treatment solutions, including product positioning, pricing, and distribution channels
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including technology providers, utilities, government agencies, and research institutions, to support the development and adoption of energy solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and company objectives
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to energy solutions and wastewater solutions and provide thought leadership and strategic insights to inform company decision-making
• Lead the team towards reaching and exceeding KPI’s

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) in a relevant field is a plus
• Proven experience in the energy industry, with a track record of developing and implementing innovative energy solutions
• Strong technical skills in areas such as renewable energy systems, energy storage technologies, power electronics, and grid integration
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, innovate solutions, and drive business growth
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship, with a commitment to advancing clean energy technologies and mitigating climate change
• Ability to lead a team and achieve the results set in the 3–5-year Business Plan determined by the GM himself and the Board of Directors
