Job Responsibility

  • Provide on-the-ground operational support to the Global Business Services (GBS) team in Al-Khobar and Riyadh
  • ensure smooth day-to-day operations management and coordination
  • act as key liaison between local teams and global functions
  • drive efficiency, resolve operational issues, and support delivery of business-critical services
  • lead Operations function across two Saudi offices
  • ensure firm's global policies are aligned
  • ensure KSA offices operate efficiently and effectively
  • be responsible for annual budget
  • plan, coordinate, and implement projects such as system transitions, office relocations, and renovations
  • lead contract negotiations with service providers
  • ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and health standards
  • drive continuous improvement of processes
  • oversee day-to-day office operations
  • embed global initiatives locally
  • manage and support local GBS colleagues
  • ensure compliance with health and safety policies
  • manage seating allocations and floor plans
  • act as primary contact for office landlords
  • organize office events and coordinate catering
  • supervise two Operations employees
  • collaborate with People Team on HR requirements
  • prepare HR documentation
  • provide local operational support for finance-related processes
