Job Description:

As Operations Manager, you will be key in our journey by securing the best IKEA Food offer ever and fulfilling our vision and purpose of food in IKEA. You will be responsible for the transformation of the operations in the Food organization and ensuring that our business strategies are customer centric and effectively executed, with innovation and drive in the forefront to deliver to growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take responsibility for development of our strategic plans as well as secure implementation throughout
  • Analyze, develop/improve Food business processes, ensure the efficient delivery of products and services, in strong collaborations with Capability areas
  • Take the lead in our transformation agenda together with transformation leaders, including leading integration of technology solutions to improve operational efficiency (ERP, CRM, and other systems)
  • Ensure that necessary structures, ways of working, insights and competences are present as well as securing financial and operational pre-conditions to have people in the right place and at the right time, in close collaboration with the People & Culture Leader and Food Manager
  • Take the lead in securing all our common goals, People and Planet oriented
  • Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets effectively

Requirements:
