We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily functions of a dynamic facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role requires a proactive leader with the ability to manage diverse teams, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration and hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in facilities management, customer service, and staff development to drive high-quality standards across all areas.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily operations across courts, front desk, pro shop, food and beverage services, locker rooms, and shared spaces
Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness, proper maintenance, and compliance with U.S. regulations
Implement operational procedures and quality standards to align with organizational goals
Optimize scheduling and utilization of facilities, ensuring smooth player flow and effective programming
Address customer feedback and resolve service issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and other operational needs
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including front desk staff, coaches, food and beverage personnel, and contractors
Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development of employees
Prepare and manage schedules, support payroll processes, and ensure adherence to local HR regulations
Foster a positive work environment that promotes excellence, teamwork, and hospitality
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or facilities management
Strong background in business operations and facilities planning
Proven expertise in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
Demonstrated skills in customer retention and service recovery
Knowledge of sports marketing and entertainment industry practices
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the U.S.
