Job Description

Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate and committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team as Operations Manager. Supporting the Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team, driving performance across all departments, and embedding a strong service-focused culture. This role offers genuine impact — from influencing team development and service standards to delivering results across gaming, bar, dining and retail. It’s an ideal next step for an experienced leader ready to grow into a future Venue Manager within a rapidly expanding hospitality group, while enjoying the lifestyle balance of a thriving community within easy reach of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading a variety of internal teams that may consist of bar, gaming, food & retail staff
  • Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation
  • Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive
  • Supporting the Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role within hospitality
  • Strong knowledge in Food, Beverage, Retail & Gaming
  • Driven to learn, grow and advance your career
  • Passionate about customer experience and service
  • Proven experience in leading effective teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends and public holidays is essential
