In this role, you’ll become the central administrative and project-focused resource, partnering closely with senior leaderships to keep priorities moving. Job Responsibility
supporting a variety of operational and administrative projects across the organization
maintaining trackers, timelines, and follow-up items to ensure initiatives stay on schedule
coordinating meetings, calendars, and logistics for senior leaders and external stakeholders
assisting with preparation of materials for leadership and board-level meetings
supporting event planning and internal initiatives
monitoring day-to-day operational needs and helping resolve issues as they arise
providing general administrative support where needed to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role
strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
polished written and verbal communication abilities
comfort interacting with senior-level stakeholders
a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves work style
professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment
an interest in contributing within a small, collaborative office environment
