The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations across enterprise-level business units, driving efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of strategic business initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Oversee daily operations across multiple business units to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and implement operational processes, policies, and procedures to improve performance and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business goals
Monitor operational metrics and prepare reports to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
Support budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning efforts
Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness
Coordinate with leadership to drive successful execution of enterprise-level projects and initiatives
Assist in managing vendor relationships, contracts, and operational support services
Provide guidance and support to team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Requirements
10+ years of operations/management experience
Government Contracting experience preferred
Strong executive presence with strong communication and interpersonal skills
