Job Description:

Responsible for assisting in successfully executing all operations in the hotel Operations departments and managing staff. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.

Job Responsibility:

Execute all operations in hotel Operations departments
Manage staff
Improve guest and employee satisfaction
Maximize financial performance of department
Ensure standards and procedures are followed
Lead specific team
Assist with meeting property goals
Ensure goals are translated to team
Create property environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork
Understand employee and guest satisfaction results
Follow property specific recovery plan
Publish guest satisfaction results
Perform hourly job functions as needed
Provide excellent customer service
Review financial statements and performance data
Conduct hiring interviews and orientations

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
Eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji
