Our client is a fast-growing wealth management firm known for its collaborative culture and commitment to developing its people. They are seeking an experienced operations leader to help scale the firm’s infrastructure while supporting advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a highly visible role where you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive process and technology improvements as the firm continues to grow.
Job Responsibility:
Lead day-to-day operations supporting advisors and client service teams
Improve and scale operational processes across onboarding, reporting, and client service
Manage client onboarding, account administration, and custodial paperwork
Ensure operational compliance and regulatory alignment
Train and mentor a team of operations professionals
Oversee CRM, portfolio reporting, and workflow systems
Partner with leadership to implement automation and technology improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of operations/client service experience within an RIA or wealth management firm (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Prior leadership experience managing operations or client service teams
Experience with CRM and portfolio reporting systems (Salesforce, Orion, Redtail, Wealthbox)
Familiarity with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
Advanced Excel
