Operations Manager

We are looking for a well-established Office Manager who will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office, ensuring all administrative, financial, and operational processes support field operations and management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a drainage, construction, engineering, or facilities management environment, understanding the pace, compliance needs, and technical aspects of the industry. The role is a supervisory role, office-based in Pembrokeshire. Overseeing the engineering team and the day to day running of a very busy drainage business will be your main focus. You will be the ‘go to’ person for internal and external stakeholders including Engineers, office employees, senior management and the Metro Rod support centre. The role requires someone with proven office management experience who is capable of organising and managing a very busy office.
