We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to take full ownership of all operational aspects at the stunning Doryssa Seaside Resort in Samos. This challenging, high-impact seasonal role requires a seasoned leader ready to drive operational excellence, ensure flawless execution of brand standards, and dramatically enhance efficiency across the property. You will be the pivotal force coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring every guest experience is nothing short of world-class.
Job Responsibility:
Elevate Service: Directly oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.), ensuring maximum adherence to our luxury service and brand standards
Optimize Performance: Coordinate and strategically optimize workflows between operational units to enhance efficiency and guest flow
Drive Results: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental budgets, implementing proactive and corrective actions to meet and exceed performance targets
Champion Compliance: Uphold rigorous health, safety, and legal compliance standards across the property
Lead & Mentor: Serve as a visible, inspiring leader, mentoring diverse operational teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
Innovate Processes: Identify and implement strategic process improvements that directly boost guest satisfaction and overall operational productivity
Resolve Challenges: Handle complex guest feedback and operational escalations with exceptional professionalism and timely, effective resolution
Strategic Partner: Support the General Manager in strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring cohesive departmental strategies
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive Operations Management experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for multi-property, luxury, or lifestyle hotel settings
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management
Proven, superior ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams towards ambitious goals
Exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decisive decision-making skills
Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment
