We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations at a local branch while partnering with regional leadership. This role owns team performance, job execution, and operational results, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability
Lead, coach, and develop field and office teams
Manage hiring, onboarding, and training for the location
Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and safety standards
Communicate performance updates and challenges to regional leadership
Represent the company professionally in the local market
Requirements:
7+ years of leadership experience in construction, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in business or management (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management, scheduling, and inventory oversight
Organized, proactive, and comfortable being hands-on
