Compass Associates is working with a valued client in their recruitment of an Operations Manager. The client operates a portfolio of elderly care homes across Somerset and Devon. This is an exciting time to join an organisation that has a fantastic reputation within the sector and is recruiting to help strengthen its management team. The role requires someone with a firm understanding of how to run a commercially successful region, whilst also ensuring care is delivered to the highest quality.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee a small portfolio of elderly care homes
  • Manage the overall operational performance of the homes
  • Ensure they are compliant with CQC regulations
  • Lead/support the Registered Managers

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar Operations Manager or Regional Manager position
  • A background in the elderly care home sector
  • Must be able to commit to travel across the South West
  • A driving licence and own vehicle are required
