Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve eShepherd’s operational foundations to support reliable, scalable global growth
Lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), aligning demand, supply, inventory, and financial forecasts
Oversee warranty and returns processes, ensuring timely resolution, strong customer experience, and clear reporting
Support effective Sales Order Management across device and subscription sales, working with regional and customer teams
Coordinate global logistics and inventory to meet delivery commitments and manage demand fluctuations
Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems, and cross-functional ways of working
Collaborate closely with product, customer, finance, and group operations teams to resolve issues and enable scale
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics roles, ideally within technology, hardware, or manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of S&OP, logistics, inventory management, and operational process design
Experience building or improving systems and processes that support scale and customer experience
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse trends and turn insight into action
Clear communicator who works effectively across teams, functions, and regions
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
Practical, hands-on approach with a growth mindset and bias for action
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have:
Experience supporting both hardware and SaaS subscription products
Exposure to global logistics or multi-region operations
Experience working in or alongside agriculture, agri-tech, or rural industries
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or logistics management systems
