Join our Intercruises Operational Team in Portugal and Cape Verde as an Operations Manager, where you'll lead delivery teams and ensure exceptional service for our customers by combining local expertise with regional and global strategy.
Job Responsibility
Manage and lead a team of around 14 people across different locations
Distribute and assign tasks related to delivery of Transportation, Staffing and Shorex services
Promote continuous two-way communication with Business Development teams, Operations Hub, Central teams, suppliers and Cruise Lines
Implement and execute innovative and efficient process organization to support operations
Provide onsite support for special operations globally
Ensure all services and back-up are loaded correctly and in a timely manner
Requirements
Relevant experience in the cruise industry with deep knowledge of Turnarounds and Shorex processes and systems
Leadership experience managing operational teams
Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial efficiency in operational delivery
Strong relationship-building skills
Highly organized with solid planning capabilities
Problem-solving comes naturally
Willing to travel to the destinations frequently
Fluent Portuguese and English speaker
Need a driving license
