Job Responsibility:

Create and maintain workflows working for teams
Tool management to ensure data communication is passing between Segment, Mixed Panel, performance marketing sites, and more
Own data integrity in the reports and data teams are viewing (connections, lead classifications, etc), working with data and engineering when necessary
Develop and maintain reporting for the sales, marketing, and success teams
Work with the data team to automate KPI and funnel results, ensuring a “source of truth”

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS targeting SMBs
Experience managing and working in Hubspot or a similar CRM tool
Hubspot Ops subject matter expert
Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
