Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of sites across our North West region, driving operational excellence, strong financial performance and outstanding client relationships across your region.

Job Responsibility

Proactively manage teams in multiple sites
Accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers
Motivating and managing a team within multiple sites
Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth
Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison
Plan, lead and deliver effective mobilisation/demobilisation of contracts, co-ordinating with relevant support functions

Requirements

Proven experience of successfully managing multiple-sites and teams and working with external clients
Genuine interest in customer service excellence
A strong team player, inspiring and motivating to large teams
Previous experience managing multiple sites, contract catering desirable
