As an Operations Manager at Masterock, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations. Job Responsibility:
Lead Operations Teams: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of employee engagement
Optimize Processes: Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
Ensure Service Excellence: Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively
Manage Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other departments, including HR, IT, and Sales, to align operational strategies with business objectives and support cross-functional projects
Handle Client Relationships: Serve as a point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring overall satisfaction with service delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a BPO or service-oriented industry
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
Experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
