Operations Manager

• Manage the day-to-day site operations including but not limited to administrative, people and culture, finances and facilities management
• Oversee and ensure that all systems are in place and plan for site operations in a way that brings order and a sense of stability to the team
• Develop and maintain an environment that reflects College Track’s culture, brand, and mission

• Depth of experience in managing day-to-day site operations, including office management, finance, technology, and facilities
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Skilled in analyzing and reporting data
• Comfortable serving as the IT point of contact, assisting staff with issues
• Excited to collaborate with site leadership to build a strong site culture
• Excited to support our students by working with them in-person 11:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. Monday – Friday
