Job Responsibility
Coordinate all daily activities, including employability programmes and the academy
Mentor, and support local team members
Track programme progress by monitoring KPIs, collecting data, and preparing regular updates and reports to ensure full transparency and compliance
Drive partnership development with local companies, including tailor-made courses and sponsor packages
Represent the organisation at relevant regional events
Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to support decision-making and periodically assess the usage of resources to ensure adherence to approved budgets
Requirements
Proven experience 3+ years in programme or project management
Strategic operational planning
Crisis management & problem-solving
Cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Resource and budget optimization
Field presence & community outreach
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
Master’s degree is strongly preferred
Fluency in Greek and English is required
At least 3+ years of proven experience in programme or project management, ideally within an environment focused on social development or community impact
Proven track record in operational leadership, including budget oversight, and swift crisis resolution
Advanced Excel and proficiency in project management tools
Strong presentation skills and delivery to diverse audiences
Nice to have
Knowledge of additional languages spoken by migrant communities
