We're on the lookout for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead our team of General Managers and drive operational excellence within our student accommodation properties. This exciting opportunity is available in multiple locations across the UK, offering a diverse range of environments and communities for you to lead and shape exceptional experiences within our student accommodation properties.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a team of General Managers across a designated area
  • Manage performance through effective leadership, fostering accountability and ownership
  • Communicate clearly and transparently, ensuring a culture of open dialogue
  • Drive a customer-centric approach, influencing sales performance and satisfaction
  • Oversee health and safety standards, compliance, and day-to-day operational processes
  • Proactively lead initiatives for continuous improvement and team development

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing KPIs and driving positive outcomes
