Job Responsibility:
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional standards in safety, service, quality and compliance
Oversee P&L performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth
Coach, motivate, and develop site managers and frontline teams, setting high expectations and supporting their success
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact for operational delivery
Present operational performance confidently at internal leadership meetings
Drive service improvements, embed best practice and lead change programmes
Conduct regular site audits and ensure full adherence to company and contractual standards
Requirements:
A solid background managing multi-site operations in parking, security, FM, logistics, transport, waste, retail, or any environment with high staff volumes
Confident leadership and the ability to influence at all levels
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to optimise performance
A proactive, organised approach with the resilience to manage multiple priorities
