Job Responsibility
Manage C-suite executive’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and key deliverables across workstreams
Draft and send professional communications on behalf of leadership
Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to ensure alignment
Manage contracts, vendors, and operational logistics
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations and administration, ideally from Capitol Hill, association, and/or start-up environments
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with senior leadership
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite & CRM platforms
