Job Description

Our Manchester Transport branch is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. Do you have a positive attitude, the desire to learn and the drive to succeed? Pay: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hours: 40 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK - one of the market leaders in our industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for efficient and safe day-to-day running of branch
  • Ensure operational KPIs are met
  • Strive to achieve branch and company financial targets driving SLAs
  • Work closely with Regional Manager and Shift Managers to develop and deliver operational plans
  • Ensure continued high level customer service to local area
  • Work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety and Compliance
  • Support Shift Managers through coaching and mentoring
  • Act as an ambassador for business, championing values and customer first approach

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
  • Must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
  • Great team worker with high degree of resilience
  • Confident communicator
  • High level of integrity

  • Ability to work in branch network partnering with other departments
