Job Description:

The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the leadership and operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, focusing on customer service, health solutions, and team management. The position involves oversight of store operations, sales inventory, and financial management, along with employee development and execution of policies.

Job Responsibility:

Overall store management
policy implementation
sales and inventory management
employee staffing
training and development
financial management
customer service leadership
supporting store manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
assisting customers with questions, problems, and complaints
promoting CVS customer service culture

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability

ability to work full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime
ability to respond to urgent store issues

Nice to have:
