At Buzzworks Holdings, we’re on an exciting journey of growth, and we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our teams in delivering the very best in Scottish hospitality. If you are a people focused leader who thrives on creating amazing guest experiences, building high-performing teams, and driving commercial success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading multiple venues across the Buzzworks estate, inspiring and supporting our venue managers to deliver outstanding results. You will ensure every guest leaves feeling great, every team feels empowered, and every venue performs at its best, operationally, financially, and culturally. You will work closely with our Operations Director and Leadership Team to deliver on Buzzworks’ purpose: To Make People Feel Great Through Hospitality.

Job Responsibility

  • Inspire, coach and mentor venue managers to deliver exceptional hospitality and service
  • Drive sales, profitability and operational excellence across all venues
  • Lead business reviews and create action plans for continuous improvement
  • Champion the Buzzworks service culture, achieving top-tier Customer Experience scores
  • Partner with the People Team to develop, train and grow our talented venue leaders
  • Ensure all venues operate to the highest compliance, safety and brand standards
  • Collaborate with the wider Leadership Team to deliver the company’s strategic goals

Requirements

  • Experienced multi-site hospitality leader with a track record of operational success
  • Passionate about people, service and creating memorable experiences
  • Combine commercial acumen with a caring, coaching approach to leadership
  • Organised, resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
