This Operations Manager role leads a small, established operation with circa 20 frontline colleagues and a lean support team, so it’s a highly visible leadership position where you set standards, drive performance and build a great culture.
Job Responsibility
Lead, coach and develop the on-site team, driving engagement, accountability and performance
Own daily standards and operational rhythm, the Operations Manager sets the tone

Requirements
Proven people leadership in a fast-paced environment (logistics, distribution, warehousing, FMCG, retail ops or similar)
A hands-on leader who engages teams, raises standards and creates a positive, high-performance culture
Comfortable owning day-to-day operational delivery with a lean on-site structure (you’re the visible lead)
Calm, organised and performance-driven (bonus-led environment)
