As an Operations Manager, you will bring energy, motivation, and a people‑first mindset to inspire your team to deliver an outstanding learner experience every learner, every time. You will lead a remote team, ensuring exceptional operational performance and consistently driving results. Your strong data literacy and ability to coach and performance‑manage individuals will be instrumental in enabling the team to reach its full potential. You will motivate, inspire and support your team to achieve results and drive growth through the successful achievement of predetermined performance targets, effective and impactful leadership, performance management and developmental support to all colleagues, and work diligently and collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Knovia Group Shared Services teams to support the recruitment and retention of high performing, committed and best-in-class colleagues.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, engage and motivate a remote team, with a key emphasis on inspiring a high-performing culture with responsibilities including, performance management, recruitment, retention of colleagues and encouragement of ongoing development
Complete regular 1:1 review meetings, annual appraisals, and provide continuous support, coaching and mentoring to drive continued success and achievement of key performance metrics
Exceed targets against budgets and predicted QAR through motivating colleagues to succeed, maintaining funded learner occupancy and using data to inform decision making
Provide regular and accurate data insights and updates including, learner occupancy, past planned end learners, and forecasting of upcoming starts
Ensure all quality processes are adhered to, with regular collaboration with Quality colleagues to ensure the compliant, and timely achievement of learners
Requirements:
Proven success in leading and developing high‑performing remote teams
Strong track record of accountability for individual and team results
Experience driving commercial partnerships and supporting business growth
Ability to manage deadlines, objectives, and operational targets effectively
Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical capability
Excellent people management, coaching, and leadership skills
Commercially aware with strong business development skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
Willingness to travel for meetings and in‑person 1:1s
