The Operations Manager will lead and optimize operations at Hogarth, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and integration of systems, processes, and teams. This role drives productivity and excellence across all areas, acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Management of Operational Pillars: Facilities, Governance, Business Intelligence (BI), and Workflow & Processes
Team Leadership and Management
Tool and Technology Management and Optimization (within the Workflow & Processes pillar)
Process Management and Auditing (within the Governance and Workflow & Processes pillars)
Operational Analysis and Strategy (within the BI and Governance pillars)
Resource and Relationship Management
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in production companies, agencies, or companies with a strong project and technology component
Strong knowledge of and passion for project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Skills, etc.) and process automation
Demonstrated ability in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and agile practices
Robust analytical skills for building and analyzing reports and indicators
Knowledge of administrative concepts and practices
Advanced proficiency in English (fluent in writing, reading, and communication)
Nice to have:
Experience with BI systems and an understanding of data-driven decision-making
Experience in facilities and procurement management
Knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans
