Job Description:

As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility. This includes cultivating a work environment that is intensely supportive of your team, demonstrating an unrelenting commitment to the families of ABC, and exhibiting key oversight and ownership of financial, safety, and compliance of your location. Your goal is to Transform the lives of children with autism and the clinicians who support them.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility
  • Cultivate a work environment intensely supportive of your team
  • Demonstrate an unrelenting commitment to the families of ABC
  • Exhibit key oversight and ownership of financial, safety, and compliance of your location
  • Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets and Team Performance
  • Establish strong community connections with families, providing education and guidance
  • Attract, Engage & Retain 25-50 teammates who deliver on Clinical Excellence
  • Conduct Performance Evaluation, Corrective Actions and Development Plans
  • Plan Monthly & Quarterly Team Events and Celebrations
  • Partner with Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director & Department Leaders on Operations Quality

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management
  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience required
  • High EQ - we work with kids with developmental delays and their families
  • Strong and professional communication among Department Leaders
  • An Impact Player who will give an amazing experience to all teammates & families
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, crouch, climb, carry, push, pull, reach
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to maintain near and far visual acuity
  • Must be able to be physically present at assigned job location
  • Ability to properly wear necessary PPE
  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech or other sounds
  • Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequence
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
