Job Description

Our Dunstable Transport branch is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK - one of the market leaders in our industry.

Job Responsibility

Responsible for the efficient and safe day-to-day running of your branch
Ensure operational KPIs are met whilst striving to achieve branch and company financial targets driving SLAs
Work closely with both the Regional Manager and Shift Managers to develop and deliver operational plans
Ensure continued high level customer service to your local area
Work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety and Compliance
Support Shift Managers through coaching and mentoring
Act as an ambassador for the business, championing values and 'customer first' approach

Requirements

You must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
You must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
Great team worker with a high degree of resilience
Confident communicator
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work in branch network partnering with other departments as required
