We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize key workflows and processes within our organization. Based in New Berlin, Wisconsin, this leadership role will focus on improving operational efficiency, mentoring teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee comprehensive operational workflows, including leasing, fleet administration, vendor coordination, billing, customer service, application processing, and renewals
Develop, refine, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and metrics, implementing corrective actions to address performance gaps and improve outcomes
Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement
Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients by managing documentation, system setup, and onboarding processes
Conduct kickoff meetings to define timelines, roles, and communication strategies for new client relationships
Collaborate with sales, finance, accounting, vendors, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless cross-functional operations
Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and identifying opportunities for cost or service optimization
Drive the adoption and governance of Microsoft Dynamics systems, enhancing data integrity, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within operations and implement data-driven solutions to enhance scalability and readiness for growth
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management, with a strong ability to oversee and optimize diverse workflows
Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and managing teams effectively
Proficiency in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and operational strategies
Strong analytical abilities with experience monitoring KPIs and driving performance improvements
Expertise in client onboarding processes, including documentation and system setup
Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationships
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems, including workflow automation and data governance
A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and creating scalable solutions to support organizational growth
