Job Description

Our Manchester Transport branch is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. Do you have a positive attitude, the desire to learn and the drive to succeed? Pay: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hours: 40 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK - one of the market leaders in our industry.

Job Responsibility

Responsible for efficient and safe day-to-day running of your branch
Ensure operational KPIs are met
Work closely with Regional Manager and Shift Managers to develop and deliver operational plans
Work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety and Compliance
Support Shift Managers through coaching and mentoring
Act as an ambassador for our business, championing our values and 'customer first' approach

Requirements

Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
Must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
