We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our next phase of growth, focusing on geographic expansion and high-potential strategic bets. In this role, you will look beyond the status quo to identify, incubate, and scale opportunities that deepen our market presence. While the primary focus is on unlocking new value - whether through entering new territories or launching new operational verticals - success in this role requires a mastery of the core marketplace. You will be responsible for the holistic health of the ecosystem, ensuring that as we expand our footprint, we maintain the delicate balance between supply and demand. You will build the engine for growth, ensuring our marketplace remains reliable and profitable as we scale.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sound business judgment, preferably in operations management, management consulting, investment banking, strategy work, or high-growth startups
  • Strong data-driven mentality with the ability to interpret and present data to various audiences
  • SQL knowledge is a must
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives from conception to completion with resilience and grit
  • Excellent ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and engage the user community with clarity and empathy
