Job Responsibility:
Incubate Growth Bets: lead the strategy for deepening our presence in key geographies and new products
Operational Excellence: Take big-picture growth ideas and break them into actionable operational steps
Product-Market Fit and Adaptation: Work with regional and global product teams to ensure our features resonate with local market needs during expansion

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sound business judgment, preferably in operations management, management consulting, investment banking, strategy work, or high-growth startups
Strong data-driven mentality with the ability to interpret and present data to various audiences
SQL knowledge is a must
High tolerance for ambiguity
Proven track record of leading initiatives from conception to completion with resilience and grit
Excellent ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and engage the user community with clarity and empathy
Nice to have:
Experience in Go-to-Market or expansion strategies is a plus
