Job Description

This is not a standard operations role. Following new regulatory framework developments in Europe, you will act as the primary safeguard for news partnership activities in Spain. You will be the central link between international compliance clusters, technical engineering teams, and local news partnership managers, ensuring every workflow adheres strictly to legal requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Regulatory Safeguarding: Manage end-to-end operational workflow for 14 new regulatory commitments
  • Vendor Management: Oversee external service provider teams for high-volume contract extensions and payment scheduling
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current SOPs and author new documentation
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with legal, risk, and financial teams
  • Data & Performance: Use Salesforce and advanced spreadsheets to track operational metrics/KPIs

Requirements

  • Native or Professionally Fluent in Spanish
  • Operational Expert: 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or Compliance Operations
  • Tech Savvy: power user of Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel
