Job Description

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit an Operations Manager to join their highly successful team based in Hemel Hempstead. The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Contract Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
